The methods of payment are bank transfer, credit card, or check.

Bank Transfer
Our designated bank account is listed in the “Estimate and Order Form” e-mail. Please transfer 50% of the amount stated on the “Estimate and Order Form” to the designated bank account. We will start the translation process once you submit by e-mail a signed “Estimate and Order Form” and a copy of the receipt of the payment made to the designated bank account. Please transfer the remaining 50% of the amount stated on the “Estimate and Order Form” to the designated bank account by no later than the last day of the month following the delivery date of the translation. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any bank transfer fees.

Credit Card
Our designated merchant services account is listed in the “Estimate and Order Form” e-mail. In the case of our designated merchant services, it is not necessary for you to disclosure to us your credit card information. Please pay 50% of the amount listed on the “Estimate and Order Form” using your credit card and our designated merchant services account. We will start the translation process once you submit by e-mail a signed “Estimate and Order Form” and a copy of the receipt of the payment made to the designated merchant services account. Please transfer the remaining 50% of the amount stated on the “Estimate and Order Form” to the designated merchant services account by no later than the last day of the month following the delivery date of the translation. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any merchant service fees.

Check (U.S. Only)
Our designated mailing address is listed in the “Estimate and Order Form” e-mail. Please pay 50% of the amount listed on the “Estimate and Order Form” by check. We will start the translation process once the customer submits by e-mail a signed “Estimate and Order Form” and a copy of the check. Please pay by check the remaining 50% of the amount stated on the “Estimate and Order Form” by no later than the last day of the month following the delivery date of the translation. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any check service fees.
